  • Guided moments of stillness and rest

  • A theme or story that sets intention for the practice

  • Tools and reflections you can carry off the mat into daily life

This is a space to soften, listen, and reconnect without pressure, comparison, or expectation.

Narrative medicine teaches us to heal and grow by reflecting on others stories, and engaging with our own. For those who want to explore their inner world through writing, story, and presence.

  • A grounding or centering practice

  • Gentle check-in + intention setting

  • A short piece of literature connected to a theme in your life

  • Supportive writing prompts

  • A home writing invitation

  • Thoughtful written feedback on your work

This work is especially suited for people navigating change, in the process of healing, or hold life stories that are craving a space to be understood.
