Whether writing is already part of your life or you’re simply curious about exploring your story in a new way, I'd love to have you join us. 

Stories shape how we understand ourselves and the world around us. This free circle is an invitation to slow down, write, and explore the stories we carry in community.

Through guided writing, reading, and reflection, we’ll practice some of the foundational tools of narrative medicine: paying close attention, putting experience into words, and listening deeply to the stories of others.

You don’t need to consider yourself a writer; just come with something to write with, curiosity, and an open heart.
