A 4-week embodied practice of intention, presence, and becoming.
Manifestation is the practice of turning our dreams into reality. By visualizing our dreams, and embracing them with present affirmations, we begin to embody our future selves. Though, it’s not just looking into the future, and wishing something into existence. At its core, manifestation is about alignment. It is the process of clarifying what you long for, creating space to feel it in your body, and learning to return to that vision again and again with presence and trust.
Manifestation Yin is a four-week series that weaves together yin yoga, guided meditation, and reflective journaling to support this process in an embodied + grounded way.
Each one-hour session includes:

yin
A gentle yin practice, holding deep streches 3-5 minutes, to slow the body and quiet the nervous system.

manifestation meditation
A guided meditation focused on intention, clarity, and inner listening. Visualize your dreams.

journal
A guided-journaling prompt to help integrate insights and translate felt experience into articulated intentions.
This is not about forcing outcomes or thinking your way into a new life. Instead, we work with the body and breath to soften resistance, build awareness, and create space for new possibilities to take root.
why yin, meditation + journaling?
This practice will help you move through the koshas- the five layers of beings. Yin yoga offers long, supported poses that invite stillness and deep listening. When the body settles, the mind naturally becomes more receptive. Meditation then brings us inward toward desire, intuition, and inner knowing. Finally, journaling allows these subtle experiences to be captured, clarified, and integrated, helping intention move from abstraction into something lived and personal.
an embodied approach:
My teaching blends yoga, mindfulness, and reflective writing in a way that is accessible, grounded, and spacious. I create spaces that are structured yet gentle. You do not need prior experience with yin, meditation, or journaling to participate, just a willingness to slow down and show up as you are.
do i need to commit to all four sessions?
You are welcome to attend a single session, and each class will offer a complete, meaningful experience.
However, manifestation is not a one-time act. It is a practice.
By returning week after week, you give yourself time to:
-
Revisit and refine your intentions
-
Notice shifts in clarity, resistance, and trust
-
Build a relationship with your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self
-
Allow your vision to move from something you imagine into something you embody
Repetition creates depth. Presence creates change.
This series is an invitation to pause, listen, and begin aligning with what you are ready to grow.
